Attention Parents and Guardians
If the rider is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must be present at registration with rider to sign all release forms. Anyone presenting a current AMA Annual Release Verification card will not need to sign a release.
Camping
- Camping is available at the State Fair Grounds starting on Saturday July 23rd for the event.
- Camping fees- $20 per night/per unit
- All motorhomes entering the campgrounds must use gate #3 at Tracy Street.
- All campers/trailers must be moved back to their camping area at the end of each race day.
- Camping Accommodations- There is 1,000+ sites with water and electrical hook-ups.
- Unlimited primitive camp sites, 2 bath houses and dump station.
- NO swimming is available at the camp ground.
Race Gate Fees
- Race Gates open each day at 7am starting on Monday July 25th.
- Daily Gate Fees will be $10 per person for all racers and spectators ages 13 & up
- Daily Gate Fees for Kids ages 12 & Under (NON-RACER) is $5.
- Ages 3 & under are Free
- Week long Gate Fee packages can be purchased starting on Sunday July 24th thru Monday July 25th. The cost will be $50 per person for all racers and spectators ages 13 & up. Kids ages 4-12 (NON-RACERS) will be $25 per person.
Pit Vehicle Stickers
Pit Vehicle Stickers can be purchased at racer registration and will be $20 for the week. Every pit vehicle must be registered and have a sticker.
Pit Vehicle Rules & Regulations
- The pit vehicle sticker holder must be at least 18 years of age and will not let anyone less than 18 years of age drive the pit vehicle that they have registered.
- The pit vehicle sticker holder will not operate or permit anyone else to operate their pit vehicle in a reckless, careless, or dangerous manner and agree to indemnify and hold harmless North America Action Sports , their officers, agents, staff and employees from any and all injuries, personal and property resulting there from.
- Pit vehicle sticker holder will not operate nor permit anyone to operate their pit vehicle faster that the 5mph pit speed limit.
- Pit vehicles are not allowed inside the track fence at any time.
- Pit vehicle use is limited between the hours of 9am-11pm.
- Pit vehicle sticker holder will not operate nor allow anyone to operate their pit vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
- Helmets MUST be worn for all two wheeled pit vehicles.
- Pit vehicles must have OEM or metal bracket lights to operate at night. NO flashlights.
- Violations of any of the above written rules will be grounds for confiscation of pit vehicles and/or rider disqualification.
Racer Registration
Early check in and registration will be available on Sunday July 24th from 4-8pm in the Southern Illinois Center-Short Track building. You will be able to check in for you pre registered classes or sign up for the event at this time.
Racer registration will be open daily from 7-9am. With the exception of Monday July 25th & Thursday July 28th when we run groups 1 & 2 there will be additional registration from 11am-2pm
Registration Location:
Sunday July 24th & Monday July 25th - Racer registration will be located in the Southern Illinois Center- Short Track Building.
Tuesday July 26th - Friday July 29th - Racer registration will be located at the TT/ ½ mile track in between the fair ground billboards.
Saturday July 30th - Racer registration will be located in the white building at the entrance to the 1 mile track.
Racer Fees
Pre registration is $70 per class. Entries must be postmarked no later than Sunday July 17th.
Registration at the track $80 per class
Awards
Monday July 25th - Group 1 will be awarded between Group 2 practice sessions. Group 2 will be awarded 45 minutes after the final main event.
Tuesday July 26th & Wednesday July 27th - 1st-3rd will be awarded 45 minutes after the final main event. 4th-10th can be picked up 30 minutes after your main event.
Thursday July 28th - Group 1 will be awarded between Group 2 practice sessions. Group 2 will be awarded 45 minutes after the final main event.
Friday July 29th & Saturday July 30th - 1st-3rd will be awarded 45 minutes after the final main event. 4th-10th can be picked up 30 minutes after your main event. |
